Q: I got a phone call asking for a donation. Is this legit?
A:
The members of the Bay Head and Mantoloking Police Departments are represented by Local #347 of the New Jersey State Policemen's Benevolent Association. Our fundraising is done entirely by mail and we will never call by phone to solicit a donation. The phone solicitors do not represent our officers and any funds donated to these entities do not benefit the Bay Head/Mantoloking PBA. If you have any concerns, please call your local police department.
